The Role: This Government Department is seeking a Network Business Analyst to be responsible for gathering technical business requirements for a network uplift program.

The Responsibilities:

  • Document technical business requirements, user stories, BRD/FRD.
  • Develop data models and process flows and perform technical analysis and evaluations.
  • Assist with developing project scope and defining boundaries.
  • Completing technical analysis of the project to elicit the right technical requirements and break them down into smaller functions.
  • Work to understand the integration between network, identity and applications.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 7 years proven experience as Technical Business Analyst with a background in networking or delivering network uplift projects.
  • Proven knowledge and experience working on a Z-Scaler rollout, Bandwidth uplift, SDWAN deployment.
  • Ability to develop business processes/process flows.
  • Effective communication skills are essential to discuss technical components easily for external stakeholders to understand.
  • Prior experience within the Public Sector is strongly desirable.
