We’re hiring across several ServiceNow opportunities for a major program, with all roles requiring a current NV1 clearance.

ServiceNow Architect

  • CTA certification required
  • Lead platform, solution, application and integration architecture
  • Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
  • Strong experience with data models, table design and platform architecture
  • Provide technical guidance and support across the broader delivery team

Senior ServiceNow Developer

  • Advanced ServiceNow scripting, configuration and customisation
  • Strong experience building and supporting scoped applications
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
  • Design and implement workflow automations
  • Support technical troubleshooting and contribute to development standards

ServiceNow Developer

  • Build and configure ServiceNow solutions across the platform
  • Develop scripts, workflows and custom functionality
  • Work with scoped applications and platform integrations
  • Support testing, defect resolution and ongoing enhancements
  • Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders

Junior ServiceNow Developers

  • Support ServiceNow platform configuration and development activities
  • Assist with scripting, workflow creation and platform enhancements
  • Work alongside senior developers on scoped applications and integrations
  • Support testing, defect resolution and technical documentation
  • Great opportunity to build deeper ServiceNow development experience

Location: Sydney preferred, open to other locations
Work arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
Clearance: Current NV1 required
Contracts: Opportunities running into 2027
