The role
Our client is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Support Analyst to support and enhance a busy integration environment. This role focuses on incident management, change management, code review, and ongoing service reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide MuleSoft code review and development support for APIs.
  • Manage MuleSoft incidents including monitoring, troubleshooting, resolution and escalation
  • Coordinate and execute change management activities, including raising, reviewing and deploying change records.
  • Deliver weekly, fortnightly and monthly reporting across incidents, service performance and improvements.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to integration services and API reliability.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting MuleSoft APIs in a production environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across integration, configuration and code.
  • Solid understanding of API governance, policies and integration best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with architecture, project and management teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and produce accurate reporting.
