MuleSoft Support Analyst

The role
Our client is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Support Analyst to support and enhance a busy integration environment. This role focuses on incident management, change management, code review, and ongoing service reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide MuleSoft code review and development support for APIs.
- Manage MuleSoft incidents including monitoring, troubleshooting, resolution and escalation
- Coordinate and execute change management activities, including raising, reviewing and deploying change records.
- Deliver weekly, fortnightly and monthly reporting across incidents, service performance and improvements.
- Identify and recommend improvements to integration services and API reliability.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting MuleSoft APIs in a production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across integration, configuration and code.
- Solid understanding of API governance, policies and integration best practices.
- Excellent communication skills when working with architecture, project and management teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and produce accurate reporting.
