Modern Endpoint Engineer

Job Summary / Overview
We are seeking an experienced Modern Endpoint Engineer to support and improve its endpoint environment during a transition to modern, cloud-based management.

The role supports approximately 800 endpoints and plays a key part in shifting from traditional on-premises management to an Intune-first model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Intune as the primary platform

  • Support and maintain Microsoft SCCM during transition activities

  • Own endpoint lifecycle activities including build, deployment, patching and decommissioning

  • Package, deploy and maintain applications across Intune and SCCM

  • Monitor digital employee experience using telemetry and analytics tools

  • Operate endpoints in line with Zero Trust and ASD Essential Eight principles

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced practical expertise in Microsoft Intune

  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft SCCM

  • Experience managing Windows endpoints at scale

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

Skills & Competencies

  • PowerShell scripting

  • Endpoint analytics and DEX tooling

  • Hybrid endpoint and identity environments

  • Strong problem-solving and data-led approach

Experience within the aviation industry would be highly regarded.
