Microsoft & Network Infrastructure

You’ll be responsible for supporting and improving the company’s Microsoft and network infrastructure, with a strong focus on reliability, security and effective technology services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Purview.
  • Managing Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group lifecycles, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance and SSO.
  • Managing Microsoft 365 security, compliance, licensing and governance.
  • Developing and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document management structures and governance standards.
  • Supporting Microsoft Fabric, including data integration, dataflows, storage and Power BI integration.
  • Supporting LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers and wireless infrastructure.
  • Managing IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and VLANs.
  • Configuring and supporting remote-access and site-to-site VPN solutions.
  • Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Supporting Azure networking integrations with on-premises environments.
  • Maintaining network documentation, diagrams and configuration standards.
  • Working with vendors and service providers to resolve network and infrastructure issues.
  • Supporting infrastructure security controls and participating in incident, problem and change management activities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint Online administration, governance and information architecture.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA and identity security controls.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and modern data platforms.
  • Experience working within hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation and communication skills.
