  • Security Clearance: NV2 (Mandatory)
  • Contract Length: 12-month contract + 2 x 12-month extensions

Join a high-impact, technically-driven federal environment focused on operational stability, compliance, and secure endpoint delivery. We are seeking a highly skilled MECM SME to lead quarterly update cycles, patch management, and vulnerability remediation activities across enterprise infrastructure. This is a hands-on, security-first role driving operational efficiency within a Microsoft-centric ecosystem.

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • MECM and Intune patch deployment, quarterly update cycles, and hotfix management

  • OS deployment and enterprise endpoint rollout across a secure federal environment

  • Ensuring full compliance with our client’s security, integrity, and governance standards

  • Troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues in conjunction with internal teams and vendors

  • Supporting ongoing platform uplift and remediation initiatives under Agile planning

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing MECM infrastructure in complex enterprise environments

  • Proven ability to lead patch and vulnerability remediation processes using MECM and Intune

  • Strong experience in security patching, quarterly MECM update cycles, and package testing

  • Background in managed OS deployments and configuration lifecycle support

  • Ability to interface confidently with vendors and cross-functional technical teams

Core Expertise:

  • Demonstrated experience managing patching, testing, and rollout using MECM and Intune

  • Experience in security hotfix deployment and quarterly MECM updates

  • Proven capability in troubleshooting MECM-related issues and ensuring platform integrity

  • Experience working within compliance-aligned environments

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with SCOM for infrastructure monitoring and configuration

  • Strong risk mitigation and issue management capabilities

  • High-level written communication and documentation skills
