Our Federal Government client is Australia’s principle revenue collection agency, primarily responsible for administering the federal taxation system and superannuation legislation, as well as managing and delivering a range of Australian government payment and loan schemes.
The Role
Join a dedicated team focused on enhancing the organisation’s staff experience through innovative and reliable end-user technology. As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, integrating, and deploying M365 solutions, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our staff can leverage the full capabilities of technology to improve their work environment.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the development of the M365 roadmap, sharing knowledge, and presenting at internal forums.
- Integrating M365, Intune, Windows 11, and Windows Hello For Business with existing systems.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine technology solutions and enhance adoption.
- Prototyping, configuring, and developing M365 technical solutions, including the creation of design artifacts for varied audiences.
- Ensuring M365 products comply with PSPF, Essential 8, and cybersecurity requirements through meticulous review of security documentation.
- Leading knowledge transfer sessions to upskill staff on M365 usages and benefits.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Proven ability to architect secure and scalable solutions within M365 and related products, including Copilot.
- Experience with M365 administration tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, Purview, and Power Platforms.
- Technical proficiency in supporting enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other M365 services.
- Familiarity with operating in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments with hybrid cloud integrations, ideally holding ITIL 4 and SIAM certifications.
- Solid understanding of SAML, OIDC, and ADFS for secure authentication processes.
