We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Master Scheduler to join a federal government agency where you will be crucial for developing and managing integrated schedules for the Cyber Uplift Program, ensuring all accountable activities across work streams are mapped and tracked to achieve project outcomes. You will be instrumental in building detailed schedules, managing dependencies, and ensuring milestones are realistic and achievable.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the application of complex project and program information into detailed integrated schedule solutions to achieve deliverables.
  • Foster relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, negotiating on complex scheduling matters with subject matter expertise.
  • Manage change control to baseline schedules, ensuring relevant artifacts and change logs are in place.
  • Oversee progress against program milestones and deliverables, being accountable for individual and shared priorities.
  • Perform regular impact analysis, assess critical path information, and apply risk mitigation strategies to ensure the delivery of scheduling solutions.
  • Prepare and present timely information to senior executives that articulate project or program delivery risks of success.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Master Scheduler
  • Proficiency in Portfolio, Programme, and Project Support
  • Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Demonstrated experience providing specialist advice to government
  • Experience in Cyber Security
