The Role: This Government Authority is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain and analysing integrated project schedules across the Transformation Program.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for the Transformation Program across Modernisation and Data.
- Coordinate with project managers and team leads to ensure accurate task sequencing, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain baseline schedules, incorporating scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Analyse schedule performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential delays.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather scheduling requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5 years proven experience as Master Scheduler delivering project scheduling for large transformation or modernisation programs.
- Proven skills in analysing schedule data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on scheduling priorities.
- Experience in integrating multiple project schedules and managing dependencies.
- Prior experience within the Public Sector is strongly desirable.
