About the Role

As the Master Scheduler, you will provide expert planning and scheduling services to ensure effective resource management, dependency tracking, and program delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the program to maintain accurate schedules, identify risks, and ensure timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve program schedules and planning standards
  • Provide expert advice on scheduling to support complex program delivery
  • Facilitate planning workshops to identify timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and aligned scheduling across all workstreams
  • Monitor schedule performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and corrective actions
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple concurrent implementations
  • Provide reporting on progress, resource demand, and schedule impacts
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling practices
  • Mentor and support team members in scheduling best practices

About You

You are a highly experienced scheduler with a strong background in large-scale transformation programs. You bring both technical expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

You will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience using scheduling tools (ideally MS Project / Project Online)
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules across multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights on progress, risks, and issues
  • Experience facilitating planning workshops and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify gaps in scheduling design
  • Experience in government or large enterprise transformation programs (highly regarded)
