Marketing Manager
Our client is an ASX listed technology company, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions around the world. They have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their Government Solutions Team.
- Part time 3 days per week, rates fully negotiable

The role
In this newly created role, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, digital engagement, and demand for their product solutions. You will work collaboratively across teams to translate product updates and business milestones into clear, compliant customer-facing materials and deliver a consistent cadence of campaigns, customer events, trade shows, public content, and digital activity.
Responsibilities
Will include but are not limited to:
- Produce marketing materials, such as presentations, videos, one-pagers, copywriting, and other promotional items
- Build and maintain an integrated marketing calendar covering product updates, customer activity, events and digital content
- Translate technical and operational inputs (Product, Engineering, Operations, Delivery) into clear, accurate customer-facing messaging suitable for government audiences
- Plan and deliver customer roadshows end-to-end, including venue logistics, run sheets, demo coordination, speaker support, invite comms, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up packs
- Coordinate trade show participation end-to-end, including event selection support, booth bookings, suppliers, collateral, staffing rosters, demo requirements, lead capture, and follow-up workflows
- Coordinate product marketing for new and updated solutions, including one-pagers, capability briefs, FAQs, release/update notes, and customer presentation packs
- Maintain controlled documentation and approvals for all external-facing materials, including version control, approvals log and a managed asset register
- Coordinate PR activity and workflow, including drafting and managing approvals for media releases, award submissions, speaker proposals and case studies, and maintaining an approved “safe claims” library
- Coordinate customer success stories and references with internal stakeholders, ensuring approvals and confidentiality requirements are met
- Deliver a consistent digital cadence across owned channels (website updates where access permits, LinkedIn content, email invites/campaigns) aligned to priority themes and events
- Implement basic marketing performance tracking and reporting (e.g., UTMs, simple dashboards, event attendance, engagement, leads/actions) and provide concise monthly updates
- Brief and coordinate external suppliers as required (design, print, event suppliers, PR support), managing timelines, budget limits and quality standards
- Create and maintain reusable templates to improve speed and consistency (roadshow kit, trade show kit, deck templates, one-pager templates, invite/follow-up templates)
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- A strong track record as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator or similar, proven in technology product based companies
- Demonstrated delivery of B2G product marketing, events and compliant communications in a regulated or government-adjacent technology environment (e.g., GovTech/transport/ITS/IoT/critical infrastructure)
- Ability to translate technical inputs into approved customer-facing assets and executing roadshows, trade shows, PR and digital campaigns end-to-end
- Experience in executing event and email workflows using marketing/email platforms and CRM
- Ability to design and maintain web content in a CMS with basic HTML/accessibility awareness and proper image optimisation
- A proven portfolio with materials such as product/solution one-pagers, capability decks, event packs, PR pieces, and digital examples
- Ability to manage approvals, document control, and versioning in a structured way
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar, and formal training or certifications in B2G and/or B2B product marketing
