Our client is an ASX-listed property technology leader, powering digital property settlements across Australia, seeking an experienced Design Lead to support a busy marketing function with high quality, on brand creative within a regulated environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate complex information into clear visual assets, manage multiple design requests, and work effectively with stakeholders to progress work through feedback and approvals.

ROLE DETAILS:
Location: Melbourne, VIC (hybrid arrangements available)
Contract: Short-term contract, starting ASAP – must be able to start immediately

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will deliver a wide range of marketing and corporate design assets across digital and print within a highly regulated environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape briefs, manage priorities and ensure outputs meet brand, accessibility and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design campaign and corporate marketing assets across digital and print (including presentations and event collateral)
  • Translate complex product, policy and regulatory information into clear, on-brand visuals
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop briefs, manage competing priorities and keep approvals moving
  • Maintain strong QA standards including accuracy, accessibility and file hygiene
  • Support consistent brand execution across all touchpoints

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong portfolio across brand/marketing design and integrated campaigns.
  • Advanced Adobe CC skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; plus working knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects for motion/video).
  • Proven ability to work at pace while managing multiple requests and deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong quality mindset
