The role:
We are seeking a Manual Test Analyst to play a pivotal role in strengthening and driving test strategies, capabilities and best practice across multiple projects. This manual tester will perform manual testing activities on our legacy system, and any upcoming initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and drive QA strategy, standards, and best practices across multiple projects
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level testers to build team capability
  • Lead planning and execution of testing activities for major releases and initiatives
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Manual Tester across complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to uplift testing capability, frameworks and practice maturity
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable artefacts
  • Mobile and cross-browser automation testing experience
  • Exposure to salary packaging, novated leasing or financial services (nice to have)
