
Manager, Process Optimisation
This respected government body is seeking a Process Optimisation Manager to lead process optimisation across a major transformation program, streamlining systems and boosting efficiency to deliver smarter, scalable outcomes.
In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide process optimisation, leading initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and performance. Collaborate across teams to identify reform opportunities, streamline systems, and deliver impactful change aligned with strategic priorities. Use recognised methodologies to embed continuous improvement, enabling smarter operations and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Key activities

Lead and deliver end-to-end process optimisation initiatives across the enterprise

Develop and implement frameworks for evaluating and redesigning core business processes

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and reform opportunities

Drive continuous improvement using recognised methodologies and best practices

Provide strategic advice to align process improvements with organisational priorities
Skills and experience

Proven experience delivering process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Strong understanding of business process frameworks and value stream mapping

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels

Experience in using project methodologies and business analysis for process redesign
