Reporting into senior IT leadership, the Manager, Service Management & Infrastructure Services will oversee service management and infrastructure operations while leading a portfolio of high-impact projects across workplace technology, cloud/security, and service platforms

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage the user support and infrastructure services team
  • Oversee the rollout of upgraded Laptop devices
  • Manage the team upgrading the Standard Operating Environment to Windows 11
  • Leading IT readiness for the an office relocation
  • Driving uplift, cleanup, and implementation of an improved governance model

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience as a Manager, End User Computing/Infrastructure Manager
  • Proven experience leading and managing technical teams (3 staff) in a complex IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Group Policy, and end user computing tools.
  • Strong experience managing IT Service Providers
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
