This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer to play a pivotal role in operationalising machine learning solutions within a secure and complex enterprise environment. You will be responsible for enabling scalable, reliable, and automated ML workflows that support high-impact, data-driven initiatives and emerging AI capabilities.

Your duties will include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring
  • Developing automation and CI/CD workflows to support ML model lifecycle management
  • Optimising ML infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to transition models into production
  • Implementing monitoring, alerting, and data drift detection for deployed models
  • Providing technical advice, mentorship, and support to stakeholders


Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in ML Ops or related roles within complex environments
  • Strong knowledge of ML lifecycle management and deployment strategies
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies
  • Proficiency with ML Ops tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, and Airflow
  • Solid understanding of data engineering, automation frameworks, and version control
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
