We’re looking for a hands-on M365 Specialist with strong Microsoft Purview experience to join a major Data Resilience Program.

This role focuses on identifying and reducing sensitive data risk across Microsoft 365, particularly around personal and confidential information. You’ll play a key role in helping the organisation understand where its data risks are and implement practical controls to address them.

You’ll work closely with a Privacy Specialist, combining technical expertise with data protection and governance practices.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Use Microsoft Purview to discover and analyse sensitive data across:
    • SharePoint
    • Teams
    • OneDrive
    • Exchange
  • Identify data risk hotspots and support remediation actions
  • Help determine whether data should be retained, protected, or deleted
  • Support configuration of:
    • Sensitivity labels
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
  • Provide recommendations to improve data handling and reduce risk exposure
  • Contribute to secure collaboration practices across M365

✅ What You’ll Bring

Must-have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview
  • Experience across M365 workloads (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)

Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to DLP and sensitivity labels
  • Experience in data protection/compliance/governance
  • Background in consulting or large enterprise environments
