M365 Analyst
M365 Support Analyst – Microsoft 365
We are seeking a motivated M365 Support Analyst to support a large Defence environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 technologies in a secure, enterprise setting.
Location & Working Arrangements
- Canberra (Reid) or Melbourne (CBD or Laverton) or Adelaide
- Onsite requirement: Minimum 4 days per week (5 days preferred)
Security Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to users and business areas across Microsoft 365 services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
- Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
- Support andadministerM365 services including:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Intune
- OneDrive for Business
- Azure Active Directory
- Work collaboratively within a hybrid, multi-location team
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Participate in an on-call roster (including holiday periods if required)
Skills & Experience
- 0-3 years’ experience in Microsoft 365 technologies
(Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune) - Experience in an ICT support, service desk, or managed services environment
- Exposure to enterprise desktop/endpoint support (desirable)
- Familiarity with:
- SCCM / MECM / Windows 365 (desirable)
- Application packaging and deployment (desirable)
- Basic PowerShell scripting or automation (desirable)
- Experience working in Defence or large government environments (advantageous)
