M365 Support Analyst – Microsoft 365
Canberra (Reid) or Melbourne (Laverton) | Onsite 3-5 Days/Week | NV1 Clearance Required
We’re looking for an M365 Support Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting a major federal government organisation. You’ll assist users with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Exchange Online.
Key Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
- 0-3 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Previous work in ICT support, MSP, or service delivery
- Exposure to Defence or large government environments (advantageous)
- Experience with endpoint support and enterprise desktop support (preferred)
- Some familiarity with SCCM, MECM, W365, app packaging, and PowerShell scripting
What You’ll Do:
- Support end users via calls, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot M365 issues and escalate where necessary
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and modern SaaS adoption
- Interact with a hybrid team across multiple locations
- Deliver clear, professional communication to users and stakeholders
- Participate in an on-call roster if required
