IT Support Technician
Location: Sydney CBD – 5 days on-site
Eligibility: Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen required
Contract length: 12 months
Contract rate: Up to $45/hour, including super

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site end-user and workstation support

Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments

Image, build, and deploy laptops and desktops

Diagnose and repair hardware and peripheral issues

Support meeting room and AV technologies
Skills & Experience Required
-
3+ years’ experience in IT or workstation support
-
Strong Windows support experience with macOS exposure

Hands-on experience imaging and building devices
-
Hardware break/fix and troubleshooting experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills
