Licensing Administration Officer
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Licensing Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support to a busy licensing function.
In this role, you will:

Manage incoming enquiries and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Deliver quality customer service to applicants and stakeholders.

Process notifications and applications in line with relevant legislation and procedures.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to efficient licensing processes.
About You
- Strong experience in government or similar project coordination roles
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator who can work well in a team and with stakeholders
- Prior experience working in Victorian Government
This position plays a key role in supporting effective governance, compliance, and service delivery across the licensing program. It’s ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting high standards in regulatory practice.
