An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Licensing Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support to a busy licensing function.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage incoming enquiries and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Deliver quality customer service to applicants and stakeholders.

  • Process notifications and applications in line with relevant legislation and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to efficient licensing processes.

About You

  • Strong experience in government or similar project coordination roles
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator who can work well in a team and with stakeholders
  • Prior experience working in Victorian Government

This position plays a key role in supporting effective governance, compliance, and service delivery across the licensing program. It’s ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting high standards in regulatory practice.
