Our Client is seeking a Level 2 M365 Technician as they look to transition their existing collaboration environment to the Microsoft 365.

You will be responsible for

  • Advise the project on how best to utilise the Microsoft 365 offerings
  • Assist in the migration activities for the existing collaboration environment to the Microsoft 365 offering.
  • Working with the business to perform a needs analysis
  • Develop business requirements documentation
  • Stakeholder management

You will have

  • Strong experience working as a Level 2 Microsoft 365 Technician
  • Advise the project on how best to utilise the Microsoft 365 offerings
  • Assist in the migration activities for the existing collaboration environment to the Microsoft 365 offering.
  • Previous Government experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
