Level 2 Engineer
Join a collaborative and supporting team in providing Level 2 onsite support across hardware and software in an enterprise environment.
In this position, you will deploy, configure, and support a range of digital workspace assets within hospital environments and other sites. You will ensure the smooth operation of critical IT services. Collaborating closely with senior engineers and technical team members, you’ll be tasked with troubleshooting technical issues, executing operational tasks, and actively seeking opportunities for service performance improvements.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with ICT/Technology, particularly in deploying and maintaining IT services.
- Minimum of 1 year of engaging in routine operational tasks, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
- Strong ability to implement solutions and assist in resolving technical issues while coordinating with team members.
- Demonstrated willingness and capability to learn and adapt technical skills to support daily operations.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with service management processes and frameworks, particularly ITIL.
- Experience in planning and deploying IT solutions in a variety of settings.
- Knowledge of enhancing digital workspace experiences with a focus on usability and performance.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical certifications are preferred, though not mandatory (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified).
- Background in computer science, information technology, or a related field is advantageous.
