Our client is a large enterprise organisation is seeking a Lead SAP Basis & Security Consultant to support a large SAP landscape undergoing upgrades, enhancements, and security optimisation.

This role will take ownership of SAP Basis administration and security across multiple environments, working closely with technical teams to ensure system stability, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP Basis administration across Dev, QA, Pre-Prod, and Production environment.
  • Deliver SAP upgrades, patches, kernel updates, transports, and system refreshes
  • Design and manage SAP security roles, authorisations, and user access
  • Perform SOD analysis and support audit and compliance activities
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years’ SAP Basis and Security experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC environments
  • Proven background in SAP authorisations and access management
  • Experience supporting upgrades and complex SAP landscapes
  • Australian citizenship (baseline clearance eligibility required)
