About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Architect to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality architectural solutions for a significant transformation program. This role is critical in supporting the delivery of fraud detection and compliance improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing a strategic roadmap that integrates multiple solution and cyber architectural designs.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of solution and cyber architects.
  • Delivering fit-for-purpose solution architectures for complex projects.
  • Providing thought leadership on program and cyber architecture strategies.
  • Facilitating technical decision-making and chairing architecture governance forums.
  • Presenting end-to-end project solutions for approval at governance councils.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • At least 10 years’ experience as a lead architect, with a proven track record in solution development.
  • Strong technical and architectural background in delivering large-scale, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in leading and managing architecture teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and strategic roadmaps.
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent IT architectural qualification (mandatory).
  • Experience in fraud detection and compliance improvement programs, with AWS cloud and cyber security expertise highly desirable.
