Talent International have partnered with one of the most prominent Managed Service Providers in Australia to find their next L2 Technical Support Engineer (Field Services).

What we are looking for:

  • 4-5+ years of experience providing L2 Technical Support to Customers,
  • Previous Managed Service Provider experience will be highly regarded,
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365,
  • Experience working with Servers, and Networking Tools.
  • Experienced working with Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (desired, but not essential),
  • A valid NSW driver’s license is essential.
