We’re hiring a Junior Service Designer to join a high-impact team within a federal government agency, focused on creating better, more human services for the community.

If you’ve got at least 1 year of experience in service design, love uncovering user insights, and thrive in a collaborative environment – this could be your next big step.

🛠️ What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on service design experience

  • Strong user research skills – planning and conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys

  • Confidence in creating user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints

  • Experience facilitating co-design sessions

  • Understanding of design thinking and agile ways of working

📍Locations: Surry Hills (Hybrid flexibility)
🕘 Full-time | 12-month contract + likely extension
💰 $450/day + Super
