Jira Administrator
Our client is seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to support a fast-paced technology portfolio within a large enterprise environment.
Working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams, you will own the administration of Jira across multiple projects, ensuring accurate reporting, project visibility, and strong governance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex delivery environments and supporting successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer multiple Jira projects across development teams
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and project metrics
- Ensure ticket accuracy, updates, closures, and overall Jira governance
- Facilitate regular Jira coordination meetings and support project reporting
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts across projects
- Work closely with delivery teams to improve Jira processes and reporting
Key Requirements
- Strong experience administering Jira within software development or technology environments
- Advanced experience creating Jira dashboards, reports, and workflows
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Highly Regarded
- Experience within utilities or large enterprise organisations
- Experience with Confluence and the Atlassian suite
- Background supporting Agile delivery, PMO, or technology project teams
