
ITSM Support Engineer
Our client is seeking a Level 1 Service Desk person to assist with various ICT technologies across the business during a busy period for an ASAP start. Reporting to the team leader, you will be working in a friendly team to assist with projects such as mobile phone uplift, docking station upgrades and general support for stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be onsite full time in their St Kilda office. Once per fortnight you will need to be flexible to assist with one after hours meeting senior stakeholders will be attending up to around 9pm, thus on this day you will start later in the day for your 7.5 hour working day. Our client has a Microsoft environment, and you will be fully trained and guided on the job.

- Have tertiary qualifications in IT
- Be available immediately to work full time for 3 months in Information Technology
- Be able to take direction and show initiative
- Previous experience as a Level 1 Service Desk is preferred
- IT support and troubleshooting
- experience with Deployment and upgrades
- Operating systems
- ServiceNow
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
Great communication skills and a “customer service” attitude
Due to the nature of the client you will need to pass a national police check and have an Employee Working with Children Check which you can obtain at offer stage.
