Are you a passionate and experienced Iteration Manager ready to lead one of the most high-impact digital transformations in Australian education?

This leading University is embarking on a cutting-edge initiative to implement a new Salesforce platform purpose-built for the education sector. This program forms a cornerstone of the University’s Student Services Transformation, redefining how Recruitment, Admissions, Student Success, and Alumni & Donor Relations are delivered at scale.

We’re seeking a seasoned Iteration Manager who thrives on agile delivery, empowering teams, and creating a high-performance environment where people and platforms flourish.

Key activities

  • Facilitate and lead high-energy agile ceremonies across sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, and release cycles
  • Drive the adoption of modern agile practices, leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps
  • Champion a metrics-driven culture of continuous delivery and improvement
  • Remove blockers and resolve cross-team impediments to maintain momentum
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Coordinators, and Stakeholders to align on priorities and release goals
  • Ensure seamless release management, hyper-care support, and transition to BAU
  • Work across project teams to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment that enables growth, agility, and quality outcomes

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in complex enterprise environments
  • Deep knowledge of agile and flow-based delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps)
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence to their full potential for agile team efficiency
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional delivery and solving team-wide challenges
  • A passion for continuous improvement, backed by practical coaching and leadership skills
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and risk tracking skills
  • Experience working on Salesforce project highly desirable
