The role
We are seeking a Trainer to lead the design and delivery of engaging, practical training that supports the successful rollout of a new Employee Self Service (ESS) mobile solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, role-based training for the ESS mobile solution across multiple formats (virtual, in-person, and digital).
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials including guides, videos, job aids, and FAQs.
- Tailor training approaches to suit different user groups and levels of digital capability.
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking.
- Support user adoption during go-live and hypercare by providing guidance
Key Skills
- Proven experience in training delivery
- Strong ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly training content.
- Experience delivering training across multiple channels (face-to-face, virtual, and self-paced learning).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and adapt to changing requirements.
