IT Technical Support

You’ll be at the frontline of IT maximising uptime, delivering proactive support, and creating exceptional user experiences. This isn’t just a support role; it’s about building relationships, driving improvements, and making technology work seamlessly for the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide on-site IT support across hardware, software, and user environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues
- Configure user accounts, devices, and applications
- Support industrial and specialist equipment (printers, scanners, rugged devices, A/V systems, networking)
- Deliver VIP support and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance, training, and proactive solutions
- Work closely with vendors and IT teams to drive incident resolution and service improvements
- Contribute to projects, process improvements, and innovation initiatives
Skills and experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in IT (technical support / services environment)
- Strong skills in: Windows 10 & 11, device & hardware support, printer troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, Microsoft Office 365 and Intune & SCCM
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Australian Driver’s Licence (site travel required)
- ITIL certification or experience highly regarded
