IT Support Officer
Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading global manufacturer. We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer (Level 2) to join their team on an initial contract.
Role Title: IT Support Officer (Level 2)
Contract Length: Initial 6 month contract (highly likely to extend, with strong potential to transition to permanent pending performance)
Location + WFH Flexibility: Warwick Farm, NSW (onsite)
Salary: $80,000 + Super (pro rata)
Role Details:
* Provide Level 2 technical support across desktop, systems, and end-user environments
* Troubleshoot escalated issues across hardware, software, email, printers, and networks
* Manage user accounts, system access, and onboarding/offboarding processes
* Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and device management solutions
* Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and contribute to continuous IT improvements
Required Skills and Experiences:
* 4-5+ years’ experience in IT Support / Desktop Support (Level 2)
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and end-user systems
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN)
* Exposure to mobile device management (MDM) and ticketing systems
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
