IT Support Consultant (MECM Specialist)
We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Consultant with strong Microsoft endpoint management expertise to join a large-scale digital workplace transformation project.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in modernising enterprise environments, supporting Windows 11 deployments, endpoint management, security uplift initiatives, and workplace technology improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) environments
- Delivering Windows 11 deployments and operating system upgrades
- Application packaging, software distribution, and patch management
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP
- Managing enterprise VMware environments
- Collaborating with project teams to deliver workplace transformation initiatives
- Producing technical documentation and providing expert technical guidance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with MECM/SCCM administration and design
- Experience with OS deployments, application packaging, and software updates
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Strong Windows Server and Windows 11 administration experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
- VMware administration experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
- Microsoft certifications
- Experience working within government or highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and governance standards
