This position requires an experienced IT Support office to assist in the deployment of Windows 11 and iPad deployment. This role does involve travel around Victoria. Must have a valid Victorian drivers license.

Key Accountabilities

  • The scope of responsibility extends to the roll-out of iPads
  • Support and administrator the Windows 11 project, the iPad roll out project and the office relocation project.
  • Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services
  • Provide support for applications, email and technology services

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 12 months as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner
  • Have current, valid Victorian driver’s license.
