Location: Sydney (Hybrid)

Rate: AUD $50-$60 per hour

Contract Length: 6 months

Hours: 32-40 hours per week

About the Role

Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator (Finance-Focused) to support the delivery of complex technology initiatives. This role has a strong emphasis on project financial management, working closely with project managers and delivery teams in an agile environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in IT project coordination and finance who wants exposure to large-scale, enterprise technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of IT projects
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and financial artefacts
• Support governance activities, status reporting, and risk and issue management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project and financial processes

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in project financial management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting IT projects
• Experience working in agile delivery environments
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Experience within a software integrator or systems integration environment is desirable
