
IT Process Consultant
Job Opportunity: IT Process Consultant
We are looking for a IT Process Consultant with a strong background in IT service management processes, architecture, and tool implementation. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering service transformation solutions and supporting ongoing operations across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver service management architecture, optimisation and planning

Design and implement ITIL-based processes and service operating models
-
Contribute to service integration and management (SIAM) initiatives

Conduct process maturity assessments and define transformation roadmaps
-
Support tool strategy, selection, and implementation (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC)
Essential Skills & Experience:
-
3+ years in service management consulting and transformation delivery
-
Experience in service desk transformation, AIOps, and automation
-
Familiarity with Cloud FinOps and service cost optimisation
-
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Able to convey technical and non-technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
-
ITIL4, SRE, COBIT, ServiceNow, BMC, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google)

Knowledge of software asset management and monitoring tools

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications
Additional Requirements:

Must be an Australian Citizen

NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain one

Willingness to work on-site 3 days per week (2 days WFH)

Flexibility to support after-hours or on-call activities as needed
