Required Skills:

  • A foundational understanding of enterprise portfolio management or experience in project management roles.
  • Ability to contribute to complex projects or programs across various business units, with a focus on delivering valuable outcomes.
  • Strong financial understanding and the ability to investigate business cases.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must, with the ability to work effectively with C-suite.
  • Familiarity with project and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, PRINCE2) and a willingness to learn more.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to change management principles and a desire to develop coaching skills.
  • A background in the financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Experience in mentoring or supporting cross-functional teams is a plus.
