IT Infrastructure Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to deliver critical Microsoft and network infrastructure services. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in hybrid environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges across cloud and on-prem systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Microsoft & Cloud Infrastructure

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Manage Exchange configurations, mail flow, and security
• Maintain Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity lifecycle and Conditional Access
• Design and support Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, VNets, NSGs)
• Implement backup and recovery solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
• Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of services

Network Infrastructure

• Support LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and wireless environments
• Manage core services including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and IP addressing
• Configure and support VPN solutions (site-to-site & remote access)
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Support Azure-to-on-prem network integrations
• Maintain documentation and work with vendors on escalations

Security, Operations & Governance

• Apply infrastructure and network security best practices
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on controls and improvements
• Contribute to incident, change, and problem management processes
• Maintain clear technical documentation and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure environments

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience across Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure
• Solid understanding of Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID
• Proven experience in hybrid cloud + on-prem environments
• Hands-on networking experience (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Infrastructure)
• Networking certifications (CCNA-level or equivalent)
• Experience working alongside cybersecurity and service delivery teams
