
Integration - Technical Lead
The Technical Lead will coordinate two key vendors and the internal integration team, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment, and delivery of technical outcomes. This role will drive vendor performance, resolve integration challenges, and maintain a high standard of technical delivery for a key project upgrading a core operational system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate technical activities across vendors and the internal integration team.
- Ensure integration deliverables meet agreed quality, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical integration issues, providing proactive solutions.
- Support project leadership with technical input and integration progress reporting.
- Promote best practices and drive continuous improvement in technical processes and vendor performance.
Key Deliverables:
- Successful coordination and delivery of vendor integration outcomes.
- Improved vendor performance and alignment with internal technical standards.
- Clear and consistent technical reporting and communication across all stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, ideally within complex integration projects.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Expertise in systems integration, solution design, or technical delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, evolving IT environment.
