Integration Developer
- Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
- Rate: Up to $740/day
- Eligibility: Baseline security clearance
This role focuses on designing and delivering integration solutions across enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and messaging technologies. You will work across synchronous and asynchronous patterns to ensure reliable and scalable data exchange.
You will join a global consulting environment delivering large-scale transformation programs across enterprise clients. The organisation is known for modern integration practices, cloud adoption, and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations across applications and platforms
- Build and support APIs, middleware, and messaging-based solutions
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns
- Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and reliability standards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues
- Support testing and deployment across environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in integration or middleware-focused roles
- Strong experience designing and developing APIs and integration services
- Experience with integration platforms (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
- Solid understanding of messaging patterns and event-driven architectures
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and message-based integrations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and strong problem-solving skills
