We’re seeking a Mandarin-speaking Inside Sales Specialist / Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive B2B SaaS sales growth by engaging inbound leads, delivering product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships. Ideal for candidates with telesales or SDR experience, strong consultative selling skills, and fluency in both Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with assigned leads, reaching out to inbound and existing clients to build strong, consultative relationships.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of TeamViewer’s products to serve client needs and propose tailored solutions that address unique business challenges.
- Conduct online demonstrations for potential customers to showcase product value and functionality effectively.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, ensuring a high level of service and timely communication.
- Prepare accurate quotes and diligently follow up on them within expected timeframes to maintain sales momentum.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Become a product expert for TeamViewer’s SMB offerings.
- Process customer requests efficiently maintain up-to-date notes and forecasting in CRM, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by conducting thorough needs analyses to maximize customer engagement and product adoption.
- Actively contribute to learning and development of Jnr peers, sharing insights and recommendations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years of sales experience and one year in a similar tele sales/ SDR position demonstrating strong skills in client communication, needs analysis, and a solution-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin
- Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and general knowledge of technology
- High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Team oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling
