Infrastructure Project Manager - Office Relocation

Our client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end office relocation and workplace infrastructure projects within a large enterprise environment.

This role will manage the delivery of relocation projects across planning, fit-out coordination, technology infrastructure readiness, and transition to business-as-usual operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, facilities teams, builders, contractors, and technology vendors to ensure successful project outcomes with minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of office relocation and workplace infrastructure projects
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance reporting
  • Coordinate builders, fit-out contractors, and technology vendors across relocation activities
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of infrastructure including network, AV, Wi-Fi, cabling, and workplace technology
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business, facilities, and technology teams
  • Manage transition and occupancy readiness activities to minimise operational disruption

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering office relocation or workplace infrastructure projects- Mandatory
  • Strong project management capability across planning, delivery, risk, and vendor management
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within complex environments
  • Solid understanding of workplace infrastructure technologies including network, AV, and workplace technology solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within enterprise or corporate environments preferred
