We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the enterprise-wide Windows 11 roll-out and Commvault backup solution implementation across multiple sites for a health services organisation. This is a hands-on role, responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, risks, and budgets.
  • Oversee Windows 11 and hardware uplift deployment across enterprise environments.
  • Lead Commvault backup solution implementation, ensuring smooth operational handover.
  • Manage vendors and ensure delivery to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Coordinate multiple work streams and manage inter-dependencies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communications, and user readiness activities.
  • Document and embed new support processes for BAU transition.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise infrastructure/technology projects.
  • Proven success in OS upgrades, endpoint deployments, or similar programs.
  • Strong vendor management and project governance capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (technical & non-technical).
  • Financial management and budgeting experience.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technologies:
    • Backup platforms (Commvault preferred)
    • OS deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
    • AD, networking, endpoint security
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
  • Experience in health sector environments desirable.
  • Strong change management understanding and user adoption focus.
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
