Infrastructure Manager
Job Summary / Overview
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of deployment works including access installation integration and commissioning. This role plays a key part in ensuring delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scope of works documentation and contract management plans
- Provide leadership and direction to subcontractors on access and construction methodologies
- Manage and lead project teams across multiple work groups
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards safety management and corporate policies
- Act as a trusted advisor during design and deployment feasibility assessments
- Oversee deployment planning resources and HSEQ adherence
- Interface with clients and accountable teams on reporting planning and escalations
- Manage project performance data scheduling and reporting
- Identify deviations from baselines and implement mitigation strategies
- Promote a strong WHS culture across teams and subcontractors
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years relevant project management experience
- Background in construction methodologies and best practice
- Experience delivering large scale infrastructure or LTE construction projects
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder and client facing communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex project deliverables and schedules
- High commitment to HSEQ and WHS compliance
- Experience in contract and subcontractor management
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams
