About the Role
Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure while supporting major system uplift projects. This is a hands-on role combining project work with business-as-usual operations.
You’ll work across infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user systems-helping ensure stability, scalability, and security across a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, configuration, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to organisation-wide system uplift initiatives
  • Provide recommendations on system design, resilience, and security
  • Coordinate network infrastructure including firewalls, switching, wireless, and fibre

Key Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
  • Strong experience across Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation, and cloud platforms
  • Enterprise networking expertise (VLANs, SD-WAN, NGFW, wireless, switching)
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
