Infrastructure Architect -Security Based Infrastructure

Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will provide architectural leadership across a range of strategic initiatives while driving modern platform engineering and cloud adoption practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures for platform services, integrations, automation, and operational tooling.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and platform initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation and operational handover.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure successful platform adoption and integration.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Champion cloud-native design principles, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and platform engineering best practices.
  • Support the integration of enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, identity services, monitoring solutions, and security controls.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Work closely with vendors, managed service providers, and delivery partners to achieve successful outcomes.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience across the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory.
  • Proven experience configuring and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms within enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated capability designing and implementing SaaS-based processes and configurations aligned to business requirements.
  • Proven delivery experience within large-scale enterprise organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Understanding of compliance and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, Critical Infrastructure standards, or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
