One of the world’s leading music organisations is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to become the technical authority for its global physical infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the VP of Infrastructure, you’ll own the long-term architecture across enterprise networking, compute, storage and A/V environments, partnering with global engineering and operations teams to define standards, roadmaps and future technology strategy.

This is a highly influential architecture role focused on design, governance and strategic planning rather than day-to-day implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the architecture roadmap for the organisation’s global physical infrastructure.
• Design scalable, secure and resilient infrastructure solutions across networking, compute, storage and A/V.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, governance and technical direction.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make strategic technology recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure consistent implementation of architecture standards.
• Present architecture strategies and recommendations to senior technology leadership.
• Drive infrastructure modernisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with security, resilience and business continuity requirements.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have experience operating as an Infrastructure or Enterprise Architect within a large, complex enterprise environment.

You’ll bring experience across:

• Enterprise network architecture (Cisco strongly preferred)
• Compute and storage architecture
• Enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmaps
• Architecture governance and design authority
• Large-scale global environments
• Infrastructure security principles including Zero Trust, network segmentation and layered security

Exposure to enterprise A/V environments is advantageous but not essential.

We’re looking for someone whose background is centred around physical infrastructure architecture rather than cloud-first architecture.

Success in This Role

• Think strategically across the entire infrastructure landscape.
• Balance technical depth with commercial outcomes.
• Influence engineering teams without direct authority.
• Confidently present and defend architectural decisions with senior stakeholders, including CIO and CTO level executives.
• Whiteboard solutions and clearly articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions.
