We’re looking for an Infra Architect to join our high-performing team and provide expert guidance across architecture design, solutioning, and operational strategy. This is a highly collaborative, influential role where your decisions will directly impact enterprise-scale platforms and technology outcomes.
About the Role
As the Infra Architect you will act as a trusted subject matter expert and work across multiple teams to design, optimise, and evolve infrastructure architecture. You will contribute to key decisions, solve complex problems, and support both delivery and pre-sales solutioning.
This position is ideal for someone who blends hands-on infrastructure design expertise with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
What You’ll Do
- Design & deliver infrastructure architecture across platforms and products, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Support sales and solutioning initiatives, shaping architecture and translating requirements into actionable designs.
- Collaborate across technical and business teams to align architectural decisions and maintain consistency across programs.
- Contribute to operational strategy, best practices, and long-term infrastructure improvements.
- Provide expert input to complex architectural challenges, driving practical, innovative solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in roles related to infrastructure design or architecture.
- Intermediate expertise in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.
- Foundational understanding of infrastructure strategy and alignment to business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Australian Citizenship + Active NV1 Clearance (mandatory).
Bonus Skills (Highly Advantageous)
- Advanced experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of network architecture.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure system design.
- Systems integration experience across diverse platforms.
- Advanced skills in data management and optimisation.
