Information Systems Analyst

Location: Newcastle
Requirement: NV1 or NV2

About the Role
We’re looking for an Information Systems Analyst to support ICT and engineering activities within a secure, fast-paced environment. Working with a high level of autonomy, you’ll contribute to system support, integration and ongoing capability delivery.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for ICT and operational enquiries, working closely with stakeholders across government and industry while supporting systems that enable operational planning and secure communications.

This full-time role is based in the Newcastle region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ICT and engineering support within a collaborative team
  • Act as a central contact for ICT and operational queries
  • Manage schedules, risks and deliverables in line with governance requirements
  • Support design, integration and sustainment of ICT systems
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support system performance

About You

  • Experience in information systems, ICT infrastructure or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

Desirable

  • Experience in secure or regulated environments
  • Exposure to operational systems or secure communications
  • Understanding of government or defence frameworks
